The Midnight Underground
Located in the heart of Gainesville, FL, The Midnight Underground is an intimate venue that offers a unique setting for our cosplay parties and nerd culture events. Unlike large convention stages, our space is condensed to provide an immersive experience for attendees.

Audio mixer compatible with additional microphones and inputs (please bring your own mics if preferred or need more than the available 2)

Limited stage equipment mobility due to venue rules (please adjust performances accordingly. Mic stands etc can be moved. Any venue equipment located towards back of stage or behind curtain are likely to remain.)

Parking Information for The Sun Center
Please note that the parking lot at The Sun Center operates under a paid parking agreement. To avoid parking fees when attending Nerd-U events, please follow these steps:
1.) Submit the parking fee waiver form (intended for The Midnight staff, Nerd-U guests, vendors, talent, and performers only).
- Select "The Midnight Cafe" in the employer dropdown menu.

2.) Notify The Midnight Cafe approximately 2 weeks prior to the event to confirm receipt of your waiver form, if desired.
Important:

Do not share the waiver form with attendees or friends, as this may result in you being required to pay for parking.

The waiver form is exclusively for authorized personnel and participants of Nerd-U events.
